TYLER and MONICA are two passionate foodies who believe in the healing, restorative power of a good Cheat Meal. So much so that they’ve taken to the road, traveling the country on a humanitarian mission to deliver over-the-top, life-affirming Cheat Meals to the people that deserve them most. Think of them as the culinary Chip and Joanna Gaines. Each episode Tyler and Monica travel to a new destination and meet their Cheat Meal recipient, find out their likes and dislikes, then take off around town, “researching” the coolest local eateries. We will visit iconic culinary locations in the destination. At each location Tyler and Monica showcase and sample unique and memorable dishes, slowly piecing together which dishes will ultimately pair best together. Locations will be chosen based on the foodie identity of the destination plus the preferences of our recipient. It can range from coffee shops to breakfast joints, breweries, gastropubs, cocktail bars, steak houses, pizzarias, donut shops, food trucks, tacos, sushi, and any combination! Tyler and Monica proudly present their extravagant Cheat Meal of food highlights from the previous locations in a fun reveal their recipient will never forget. Remember that scene from Uncle Buck when he makes that gigantic breakfast? That is our north star.
